I've only been here for 3 weeks, and I've already been to the Pediatrician's office 4 times! The doctors say I'm growing fast. When I was born, I weighed 8 lbs 4 oz. By my first visit to the Pediatrician's office, I weighed 7 lbs 9 oz. On the second visit, I weighed 8 lbs 14 oz, and 4 days later I weighed 9 lbs 5 oz!
I've been gaining so much weight because Mommy feeds me too much. But it's not her fault. I have acid reflux, and the only way to stop the burning in my throat is by having a cool swig of milk. So I beg Mom to feed me almost every hour. She didn't know I had acid reflux until yesterday. The doctor gave me some medicine that will help the burning in my throat go away, and now Mom only feeds me every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Thanks to the medicine, I already sleep better at night.

ReplyDeleteSorry about the reflux! I hope you are feeling better. I'm glad that you have decided to write this blog. Ezekiel keeps saying he is going to start one, but then he says he chickens out because he doesn't know what he will write about. Boys huh!
