Welcoming the World!

Hello everyone and welcome to my new blog. In fact, welcome to my new everything! My daddy recently helped me set up this journal "blog" so that I can share some of the adventures I have everyday. Everything is so new to me because I was born less than two weeks ago on July 4th, 2010! I was so surprised to hear that lots of people everywhere were welcoming me to the world that day with bright colors and smiling faces!

My mom and dad want to make sure I put my birth stats online for you, so here you go:

Weight: 8.43lbs
Length: 21.5in

Things here have been somewhat of a rough adjustment for me. It also hasn't been 100% enjoyable for mom and dad either. For some reason they like to sleep all night and be awake all day, and I am just not used to that. Because I am the new girl, I have been trying to do my best to adjust to their schedule. (I think they have been happy the past couple of nights.)

Things I have learned this last week:

1. My belly button can fall off. (Scary!!)
2. Baths are uncomfortable.
3. How to type.
4. When I have an upset stomach every one leaves the room. (Weird!)
5. Diaper changes are no fun.
6. My dad is crazy with his camera!
7. I love to sleep (during the days, hehe).
8. My mommy and daddy love me very very much.
9. I am pretty patient with most things.
10. I have friends! (they are a bear, donkey, pig, tiger, and a lamb) (Here is a picture with most of them.)
